Amram, which is situated in the Shivalik range's foothills, gets its name from the fruit known as "Aam" or "Mango." The concept was inspired by the natural surroundings of the area, which includes wild grasses, pebble beds, and boulders around the seasonal water stream called "The Choe." It presents itself as a friendly bridge connecting the developed world and the surrounding natural environment.

The landscape of Amram, a 38,250 square foot office property, seamlessly integrates with the building's architectural vocabulary, creating a cohesive and inviting outdoor space. The existing mango trees, which were retained throughout the design process, play a significant role in defining the character of the landscape. The site's natural gradient, combined with the excavation of additional soil, allowed for the creation of levels and mounds, adding depth and interest to the terrain.

A central feature of Amram is the "Choe," a traditional rainwater reservoir that has been incorporated into the landscape design. The Choe is shaded by an avenue of trees and lined with spiky horsetail reeds, creating a unique and visually appealing water feature. A pathway running along the Choe provides a peaceful and enjoyable experience for visitors, while a bridge connects the pathway to the entrance steps of the building. The entrance itself is kept open and unobstructed, offering a clear view of the iconic office building.
